SAVE THIS DATE: The 13th Annual Jake Jare Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on October 13, 2008, at Whitmoor Country Club. Come and join over 200 golfers for this fun-filled day. Pass the Engineering Baton:  Encourage any young woman, grade 5-7, to check out the Girl Scouts of America STEPS Summer Program.  STEPS is the Science, Technology & Engineering Preview Summer Day Camp sponsored by the GSA.  The STEPS program is designed for young women to explore interests in math, science, engineering, and technology.  The STEPS overnight experience is August 15th-16th. Please Note: Non-Girl Scouts have an additional fee of $10 for the events, to cover costs.  For information on the event dates and costs, please see the flier at this link:

Underground Asset Management Seminar, August 29th

Mid-West GIS, Inc. is hosting a Free Seminar on Underground Asset Management on Friday August 29th from 10:00-Noon. The seminar will detail the common problem of underground utilities being damaged during repairs, maintenance, and new development because they were not in the locations of the original plans, costing thousands of dollars in damage, and often risking lives of construction crews in the process. We will then present the solution to this problem which involves the use of GPS and GIS technologies.

Engineers' Club of St. Louis Mission Statement



It is the mission of the Engineers' Club to promote the educational, social and professional advancement to its members; to assist community leaders, civic organizations and public agencies by providing advice on and giving support to issues which benefit the St. Louis Community and to serve as a focal point of engineering activities in the St. Louis area by acting as liaison between the Club's many affiliated societies and maintaining physical facilities which can be used by the engineering community for educational, social and business activities.
